Heh, Gadge has been having a good nosey around in the Jedburgh threads last night and today - so glad he won't find a single complaint or grumble (apart from flies and HS's sausages!). 
I noticed he was having a look too. Very satisfying that it's nothing but glowing reports to read, it's made all the more worthwhile than it already is, when gadge can't find fault!

Probably something along the lines of "Hallamshires stay at the pub too long and, miss the curfew at the camp gate - can they find a way over the wall, past the snoozing guards, back to their billets?". Mind you, gadge would probably cry off actually climbing over the wall, due to his life threatening illnesses.

Yup, thats him. I had the misfortune to run into him at several Airsoft sites over the years. Put it this way, it didn't take long for friendly-fire incidents to start happening.

You are right - I wouldn't go there to see Gadge & Nige's display (like it's the highlight of the event!) but I would to see the museum and general celebrations. In fact I think I will!
(Heh, I saw Pete's post on PBI's forum that of actually serving in the S Staffs for 13 years in response to S.Staffs being Gadge's 'family' )
I HAD to edit it , I tolerate his piss poor grammar and spelling normally but, when he talks about my old Regiment, I take exception to his and gadge's mistakes and walting. Considering they reenact the South Staffords, you'd think they'd have a bit more respect.
